		+	Rollance Huey Williams was born to an African-American couple in Atlanta, Geogia on July 7, 1923. His family had few material possessions and little to no wealth, his father being a sharechopper, and his mother a weaver support the family. He was the oldest of eight siblings, having four brothers and three sisters. During his youth, Rollace's life was frought with losses and emotional pain. His father was dragged to death by the Ku Klux Klan, two of his brothers were along with several other young black men in 1938, and one sister was raped to death in 1933. His oldest sister ran away, and was never found. Thus, all of the family's hopes remain with him. Seeking to make his mother happy, Rollace pushed himself through high school, and graduated in 1939. He earned a scholarship at the asteemed Tuskegee University following his excellent record in high school. Not willing to limit his potential due to racial bias, Rollace saught to learn economics, and make his name in the trading world.

		+	In March of 1942, Rollace was called on to fight in World War II on the Pacific Front. He fought the Japanese at several battles, most notably at Guadalcanal. He is injured as the campaign goes on, and is sent back to the United States in 1943. Upon his return home, he was horrified to learn that his remaining family was killed while he was away. His brother was shot by gangsters during a trip to Chicago, his two two sisters died in a carcrash, and upon hearing of the death of the daughters, the mother had a heartattack, and because of the hospital's refusal to treat blacks, especially the poor, she died later that day. With nothing left keeping him home, and disgusted by the society that preach equality and justice, Rollace left the country for Ghana, where he saught to build a new life for himself, and possibly better the lives of those living under British colonial rule.

		+	In late 1943, Rollace bought a home in Accra, and built a school teaching economics. As time passed, and later seeing the deplorable conditions the native Africans were living in while the British colonists lived with few needs or woes, Rollace took it upon himself to increase the standard of not only the Ghanians, but all West Africans. He called on an old school mate and war buddy of his, Julius Morgan, to assist him in his quest. The two men travelled across West Africa teaching basic skills that would help the natives build their communities into self-sustaining and thriving economic centers. They built a number of universities that would help them teach the people, such as Bayero University Kano built in Kano, Nigeria in 1947, and the Morgan University of Technology in Ota built in 1949. As they did this, they also garnered the respect and trust of the people, preaching independence from the British, the Europeans, and whites in general.

		+	By 1950, Rollace had managed to help the people build railroads, schools, modern banking facilities, and thriving cities and farmland. His work spread across British West Africa, and into the French-controlled territories, as those learning from him took up French, and began sharing their knowledge with the Africans under the French government. Rollace was summoned by the British government, following riots and protests demanding independence from the empire. They wished to know what could be done to settle the unrest. With little fear or discouragement, Rollace told them upfront, that only independence from the British Empire would make the people, and even proved this with the stories the people had shard with him during his travels. With some deliberation, the government agreed to grant the African colonies in West Africa independence. However, Rollace requested that the British West African colonies be rolled into one state, stating that the tribal entities would take advantage of the chaos that would ensue from the action to fight amoungst themselves. Taking his advice, the British set about organizing a new government, and prepared it for free elections in 1951.

		+	In 1951, the British government agreed to release their West African colonies under a single state, follow Rollace's advice, and the series of uprising throughout the region, instigated by Julius under Rollace's instruction, all part of his plan to build a nation for himself. As the elections for a government came to fruitation in May, Rollace won the election in a landslide against Kwane Nkrumah, taking 95% of the vote. His work in the region and the admiration of the people saw to it that he would take become the new leader of the nation he named Mandinka. Seeking to save to money for rebuilding their homeland, end discontent, and keep with a national refendum, the French released their West African colonies into Mandinka's control. The move was met with wide approval by the African population. Because of Rollace's work preceding the formation fo Mandinka, in educating the people, developing the living conditions, and settling tribal disputes, the country was able to achieve an air of peace to begin building the new nation.

		+	Hey UP, could I make a gang in Everett? Some info on them. As the section says, their called the Skull Lords. They would be made up of second-genetion Mandinka immigrents from before Everett's formation. They'd be found in Chicago, New York City, Atlanta, and any other cities with a large black population. Because of their military culture, they'd be rather well armed, trained, and desensatized (or rather dehumanized), to violence and performing inhuman actions. Additionally, this means they wouldn't break apart like most gangs do (take for example the Crips). They sell frugs (meth, heroin, cocaine), and deal in racketeering, prostitution, and bribery. They number about 40-50,000 strong.
