After several months of back and forth campaigning with no official election, the election on Tuesday has been counted. And Don Lawton has switched spots with Neil Groom forming a minority government.
"We want to make Gibland a safe place to be again, and create a thriving economy that has low taxes" was the statement released by Mr. Lawton
Vice President Groom released this statement. "We will be the best opposition we can be and try and see the similarites we have with the Conservatives, and create a cooperative minority"
The Conservatives got 44% of the vote Blue Party 35, Union 11, and Monkey Party 10.
