.sa is the ccTLD for the United Federation of Southern America's internet database system. The IDS can be used by civilians as its own internet system. The level two domain names are used to further divided the internet into separate links, and make it easier to navigate throughout the internet itself. Registration for a .sa domain name is free, but registration requires citizenship of the UFSA.
