This article is about the Municipal Arrondisemente of Rossterre. For the Suburb of Rossterre with the same name, see St. Crimse (Suburb in Rossterre). For the City in Helvore, see St. Crimse. For other uses, please see St. Crimse (Disambiguation).

The Second Arrondisemente of Rossterre (Helvoran: l'Arrondisemente Derriere de Roixterre), also known as St. Crimse (not to be confused with the city of the same name), is on of the 26 Municipal Arrondisementes of the Capital City of the Kingdom of Helvore - Rossterre. Located directly across St. Crimse River from the Rossterrian DCÉ, St. Crimse is one of the oldest regions of the city of Rossterre, and is famous for its various historical monuments and cathedrals, including, most notably, the Cathedrale de St. Petere, La Guarde, Arrondisemente Chinoise, and Toure de la Cité.

The 2nd Arrondisemente is located south of Les Spires, east of Renne, west of Seterre, and north of Belgaide, the DCÉ and Centrille-Parliamentes. As a Municipal Arrondisemente, St. Crimse is divided into three major suburbs - St. Crimse in the south, Noir St. Crimse in the centre, and St. Martin in the north.

The region which is now the 2nd Arrondisemente was historically part of the originally town marked as Rex Terra in the 10th Century, which would later grow to form the city centre of modern-day Rossterre. As such, St. Crimse is home to the oldest buildings in Rossterre, including the 10th century walled Cité. Today, St. Crimse is a popular tourist centre in Rossterre, largely due to its history and expansive shopping and restaurant district.
