Aloris is the fourth planet orbiting the star Haelos. It is the last of the three life-bearing worlds within the inner solar system, the others being Elrune and Theros. It is most similar to the planet Mars, although it is larger, possess a significant atmosphere, and supports surface water. Despite the harshness of the planet, two distinct sentient species have emerged on the planet.

Of the three habitable worlds in the Haelos system, Aloris is by far the least hospitable. Aloris is a cool, energy starved desert world. It boasts the lowest biodiversity and lowest total biomass of the three planets. Despite this, two distinct sentient species have evolved independently on the planets surface.


Aloris formed around 4.6 billion Earth years ago by accretion. 412 million earth years ago, the moon Varbin was subjected to an impact event that devastated Aloris and left an intricate ring system around the planet.


Varbin is the major moon of Aloris. Varbin also possess an intricate ring system due to the Varbin impact event.
