The Amra'a Legion (امرأة فيلق), is an all-female military unit of the Hurian Armed Forces, composed of Muslim female soldiers segregated from the Muslim all-male Barakat Army. It was formed in 1965 following a number of requests by several Barakat commanders ad Hurian military advisors, both to allow the stricter Muslim law in Huria to work, and to take advantage of Huria's large female Muslim population. Today, the legion consist of 250,000 active soldiers, and another 500,000 in reserve.
