The Baronetcy of An Iméallean na nCháteair is a baronetcy in the Rockallic Federal District in Rockall, a member nation of the Seafaring Confederation. It is one of five baronetcies that together form the city of An Bhá nan Éirith Ghréine; the others are An Bhá nan Éirith Ghréine, Crannchóiste, Iònnegéadhna and Léacheannelochián. It is is the smallest baronetcy in area and the second smallest in population size, with 499,989 inhabitants.
An Iméallean na nCháteair has no clear city-centre, consisting of many smaller separate former villages that conurbated but mostly retained their distinctive identities. The oldest continuous settlement of the baronetcy is Sráidhbháille, whilst the most important, relatively central settlement currently is Báinn na Lilea, where the baronetcy hall is located, as well as the recreational centre of the baronetcy, with many shopping malls, restaurants, cafes and cinemas.
The westernmost baronetcy, it is situated in a rising valley. Because of its location it is the highest area of the city and spreads into the mountains. It is characterized by strong stone houses and winding roads as well as for being the greenest part of the city, the rainforests protruding many a time between and into the residential areas. The baronetcy is also famous for its mediaeval architecture, including Leibennigh Castle and the ancient village squares.
The baronetcy is a popular tourist population, especially with architecture and history enthusiasts. It has historically been the first area road travellers from the west would enter, earning it its nickname "Gateway to the west".

Etymology[]
An Iméallean na nCháteair is Rockallian and translates to "Outskirts of the City". The city that it references to is the ancient city of An Bhá nan Éirith Ghréine, located approximately 17 kilometres to the east. In lieu of the 1989 municipal mergers in the Rockallic Federal District, several names were considered for the newly merged baronetcy, but all names referencing previously existing baronetcies faced staunch opposition from other baronetcies. In the end, the neutral name "Outskirts of the City" was chosen and officially became the new baronetcy's name.
