Atlantic Ocean is a body of saline water between South America, Occidene Ocean, Africa, Europe, Sea of Siberia and North America. Its classical border with Occidene Ocean is between Cabo de São Rogue (South America) and Cape Roxo (Africa). Border with Sea of Siberia and other eastern seas (Baffin Sea etc.) is thought to be Cape Chidley - Cape Farewell and Sudostrundingen - Spitsbergen - Nordkapp.

The ocean extends from 136°W (Gulf of Mexico) to 31°E (Nordkapp) and from 12°N (Cape Roxo) to 79°N (Texas).
