Cambonnius' navy isn't exactly the strongest force in the military, that title is held by the Army! The Cambonnius navy doesn't need to be big, it's primary objective now seems to be transportation of the planets Airforce and Military. Because the military for Cambonnius is primarily for defense and the planet being fairly small, the navy doesn't need to be so big.

Stationed outside most major cities in the world the navy doesnt seem to have one "home base". Although a large oil rig off the coast of Cambonnia has become a popular destination for terrorist attacks and sabotage. With Cambonnius' weak navy this was a frustrating problem but the special operations team the Seals are always quick to respond when they aren't on overseas duties. Currently there are only 2 noteworthy leaders in the Cambonnius navy, rarely seen together as one of them is usually in overseas operations while the other stays close to Cambonnia a popular target for terrorist attacks.
