Eternity Valley is a small town meant to be used for light hearted romantic comedy/fantasy writing. It's set on Earth, and anything and everything can happen there.

If you need a reference point already available in popular media think a fantasy version of Eureka or Spider Robinson's Callahan's Place. Alternatively, Vicki Lewis Thompson's three novels set in a small town are a good place to start too, but that one isn't nearly as magical.
