Cavit Island (occasionally styled Cavit Island County) is an island in the North Atlantic Ocean, and is one of the nine counties of the Republic of New Cambria. Of the six islands in the archipelago that constitutes New Cambria, Cavit Island is the second-largest in both area and population. It serves as a link between the "mainland" of New Cambria Island proper and the four Outer Islands, which constitute their own county-level government. In 2006, the population of Cavit Island was just over 86,000.
