City Loop is an underground, four mile circuit railway around the central business district of Londinium, Forriedor. The area of Londinium inside of the City Loop is pedestrianized; no personal automobiles or non-transit commercial vehicles are allowed in this zone. The loop is named because of the rectangular shape that the subway loop follows, formed by Whitehall Avenue on the west, Halifax Street on the north, Forriedor Avenue on the east, and Park Boulevard on the south.

OperationsEdit

City Loop contains eight stations: Assembly and State Center on the western side, Whitehall/Halifax and Post Tower on the northern side, Faulkner Court Square and King Marche on the eastern side, and Park/Market and London Heights on the southern side.

All Londinium Subway lines, except for the orbital Red Line travel in the City Loop in the downtown core. There are three exits from the loop to the suburban lines. The Blue Line utilizes the northwestern exit, and proceeds to Aerelon Crossing station. The Green Line exits the loop to the Northeast, between Post Tower and Faulkner Court Square, stopping next at Langley Ridge. The Yellow and Purple lines exit to the southeast, down the river towards Capitol Heights and the Port of Londinium. The Orange Line runs parallel to the loop from Camden Arena/Post Tower to King Marche, continuing north to New Forest Way and south to Merrimore.
