District 9 or The Pitt is an high-maxinum security prison in the Greater Korean Republic, and is direct location is the island of Chirpoy. The prison was established in 2011, and has since then been expanded. The prison is known for the holding of Kim Jong-un, and many other officals following the annexation of North Korea back in 2009. The only way to reach District 9 is via helicopter, which is how supplies, prisoners, and other parts of the base are transported.
