The Chileans formed the Chile Primero Pacto, or the "Chile First Pact". The Chile Primero Pacto, established health care for poor people, more schools, tourism, transit services, pro-reading program and more services. The Renacimiento or "rebirth" made Chile the most wealthy and clean country in the world.

Languages & Ethnic Groups Edit

There are French-speaking Chileans which makes up 50% of the population. The Spanish-speak Chileans makes up the majority of 99%. Germans also have a dialect called Chilenische.

There are 100,000 to 500,000 ethnic Brazilians called cavaleiros ásperos or "rough riders" who rides on horses.
