The Filatofuva rail disaster was a high-speed rail crash that occured on the morning of 16 January 2009 in the city center of Filatofuva, Leubantia.
It happened when an LSR 460 (number 460567) slammed into a truck carrying dairy items when the train signals had failed to the signal to the truck to stop. Although only about one third of the people on the train were seriously injured (2 deaths were confirmed), all people on the truck were killed in the accident. The train was taken to a Dunford depot for inspection and repair. Two days later, the train was cleared and continued service.
