Linkmore is a city and the administrative centre of the county of East Midlands in Tara. The city sits on the Pearl River between Loch Abyss and Loch Tomson. It has a population of 30 251 which makes it the fifth largest city of Tara by population.

- Linkmore City Hall — One of the few buildings that survived the Great Fire of 1815. It's construction began in 1752 but due to financial difficulties it was finished after 17 years — in 1769. Since then it has been one of the most recognizable features of the city.
