The fourth ministry of Campbell Rhodes was sworn into office on June 9, 1999, and consisted of ministers from the United Islands Liberal Party and the Democratic Party of the United Islands. The ministry was sworn into office by new President Susan O'Byrne. It was Rhodes' first Ministry of Liberals and Democrats. The ministry lasted until July 2000, when Rhodes resigned.
