The General Secretary of the Morochan People's Party of Freedom is the highest ranking official of the party, also functioning as the president.
It also functions as the head of the Central Committee of Morocha, the highest executive and legislative body in Morocha, meaning it is the "de jure" government of the nation. Unlike other socialist-minded states where they have an typical Politburo and Secretariat, In contrast, like many Strassonist governments, The government of this country does not have both, only a committee.
In accordance with the Constitution of the People's Republic of Morocha of 1980, The Secretary/President gets elected every five years with the term ranging from 5 years to 11 years.
The current secretary is Mikel Ģušabeh who attained the position on the 17th May 2010
