The Greater Korean Republic Air Force or the GKRAF is the air branch of the Greater Korean Military. As of 2012, the Air Force has 220,000 personnel on active duty. The President of the Greater Korean Republic is the Commander-in-Chief of the Air Force, and the Chief of Staff of the Air Force is the civilian leader of the Air Force. The overall main purpose of the GKRAF is to protect the Greater Korean Republic, and its allies from foreign threats.
