Kesapeake State University is the largest University located in Wringo. It is based entirely out of Norman City, Wringo's capital city. Kesapeake State University is the premier school for Journalism, Aerodynamics, and Engineering in Wringo. It is home to Wringo's top College Flight Team, the Cloudslayers.

Kesapeake State takes up a large portion of land in Norman City. It is made up of several buildings and dormitories. The campus is divided by Harlen Street, making up the North Commons and South Commons. The South Commons is home to the Administration Building, the Bartrand Library, the Schools of Aerodynamics, Journalism, Flight, Economics, and Visual Arts, the South Dorms and the Dupree Gardens. The North Commons is comprised of the Schools of Engineering, Political Studies, and Information Technologies, and the North Dorms.
