The 23rd presidential election of Lecrotia was held between 23 September and 28 September 1970, after Silvestro Longo's term expired. The three runners for president were Antonio Plini from the Lecrotian Socialists, Giuseppe Darion from the Christian Party and Giuliano Cantarolli from the Conservative Party This was the only election where the Christians won.
