This is a chronological list of Southwest Republic federal legislation.
- Don't Ask, Don't Tell Repeal Act: The Act repeals the "Don't ask, Don't tell" policy left over from the United States, allowing homosexuals to openly serve in the military. The Act also allows transsexual or intersex service members to openly serve in the military alongside their homosexual and heterosexual counterparts.
- National Economic Interests Protection Act: The Act places international operations or subsidaries of a Southwest-based company or corporation under the jurisdiction of the federal government, thus protecting them from being nationalized by a foreign government or being handed over to a different company without approval from the government of the Southwest Republic.
- School Defense Act: The act requires public and private schools to employ at least one armed guard to patrol and secure the campus. It also requires the improvement of security and the addition of surveillance cameras, electric fences, bulletproof windows, and auto-locking doors.
