Matheffu Kebin Huyn Drakenkid, MHRC Matheffu II, KGK, (born 18 July 2268) serves as Great Adviser in The United Kingdom of Great Paangoon. He is former Senior Minister of State, solicitor and game programmer.

Matheffu was born in Southern Dur Cape, Airshisk on 18 July 2388. He was educated at AKEPI school. He is married and has four sons and three daughters.
Royal Champion[]
Matheffu was a childhood friend of Samz, Prince of Cerberussia. His proximity to the prince made his name known in the kingdom, it also makes him appointed as friend of the prince with Most Honourable Royal Champion of Paangoon title.
