NCT One is New Cambria's oldest and most popular television channel. It is operated by state broadcaster New Cambria Television under the auspices of its parent corporation New Cambria Public Broadcasting (NCPB). NCT One is available on UHF bands universally throughout New Cambria, via satellite services to viewers in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, and selected programming worldwide over the Internet. NCT One's headquarters are at Television Centre in Arvant.

NCT One broadcasts New Cambrian programmes together with imported and acquired programmes. The majority of New Cambria's homegrown programming is developed for NCT One's prime-time schedule with daytime and late night TV made up of repeats and acquired programming.
The channel's flagship programmes are Person to Person, airing on Friday evenings, and Today Now, which aires on weekday mornings. During breaking news events, news specials may be aired don the channel. NCT One also airs certain television shows from America, Australia, Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom, although the majority of imports are broadcast on NCT's sister station NCT Two.
