Neikios is the largest city of Frecia. With a population of 3,511,211 citizens.Was founded in 1509, the city was established as a port city and trade center for the recently established Colony of Frecia. Was the capital of Frecia until 1798.

Kalmakä was founded in 1509 by Greek, Bulgarian, and Romanian colonists escaping the iron rule of the Ottoman Empire in East Europe, and seeking a better life overseas safe from Europe. Having been discovered by Bartholomeu Dias in 1489, Frecia was an uninhabitated island that had been passed over by the European colonial empire in search of larger targets, and thus left Frecia unclaimed and uninhabitanted by any of their colonists.
