Einar Reitter's cabinet was the 47th cabinet of Baltia, in office from 10 April 2003 to 12 April 2005. It was a coalition cabinet of Christian Social Union, Centre Party and Reform Party.

The cabinet was formed following the 2003 parliamentary election. In 2005 Einar Reitter resigns as a result of the mistrust expressed by members of the Landtag towards the Minister of Justice, Hans-Martin Fahlen, following the handling of a controversial anti-corruption plan. Finally the plan was not approved, the cabinet collapsed and the new cabinet was appointed. The coalition was sworn in on 10 April 2003.
