Scholarly Notation (C30K)

From Constructed worlds

The Empire of Holy Caroth uses the Scholarly Notation invented by Scholari et Rab "Dominus Latinus" Sinniflexe in the year C1-H8-D0-A7.

Dates are written with the following formula - Cn-Hn-Dn-An-nnnn.

Where C stands for millennium, H for century, D for decade, A for year and the last four digits stand for day and month.

take for example the twelfth of January, nineteen hundred and eighty four(12/01 - 1984),that would be written:

C1-H9-D8-A4-1201
