The second ministry of Michael Elderton was sworn into office on June 16, 2001, and consisted of ministers from the United Islands Liberal Party and the Democratic Party of the United Islands. The ministry was sworn into office by President Susan O'Byrne. The ministry lasted until August 14, 2001, when it was replaced by the Fifth Rhodes Ministry.
