SubWord/Outer Solar System Colonisation Program

The Outer Solar System Colonisation Program, or OSSCP, is a program currently in operation by the Commonwealth of Allied Planets to terraform and colonise the moons of the planets of Saturn and Jupiter. Originally put forward in 2085, following the success of terraforming efforts on Mars and Venus the operation's began in 2087, with Robot Terraformers landing on several moons of the planet's to begin initial terraforming. Moons currently be terraformed are the Jovian Moons of Europa, Ganymede and Callisto, and Titan, a moon of Saturn. Terraforming of Europa and Callisto are planned to be completed in January 2096.
