Sunset Beautiful is one of the national anthems of the Republic of Cascadia. The song was originally composed in March 2005 by Miguel Emberson and then was voted to be Cascadia's national anthem in 2006 due to the lack of one. The previous anthem of Cascadia had been Washington state's original anthem when it had still been a state in the United States. the anthem is very popular among citizens because it is not very long and is not the type of song you would play at a funeral, more like one you would play in a lounge. The actual orchestral version is about 3 minutes long and the choral version slightly shorter.
