Torpedoes can be charged with a sustainable dipole which gives the payload a polarized quality. This, while ineffectual against physical armor, is highly effective against nonphysical defenses such as shielding and the Bose-Einstein condensate, far more so than weapons meant to be used against physical armor. Polarized torpedoes are also greatly resilient against electrically based armor. These torpedoes are launched in single warheads that can split up into multiple independently operating torpedoes, generally ensuring that at least some will get through.
