Thanks! Its actually from the Latin word that was used to describe the nation of the ethic Swiss, the Helvetii. Then, it also has some standing in California already with Sutter and his fort, which he called New Helvetia.[1] ---Sunkist- (talk) 01:45, February 17, 2014 (UTC)
