The Reptigan Union is;

• The secular government, and form of government, and style of government, of "the People of Adpihi" before their planetary unification and the growth of secularism among them;

• A multi-species, multi-planet, multi-star-system interstellar society, including Artificial Intelligences as equal citizens, and including both planet-based (people who live a large part of their lives on a planet) and space-based (people who live most of their lives in space) citizens.
