The third ministry of Campbell Rhodes was sworn into office on February 14, 1999, and consisted of ministers from the United Islands Labour Party and the Democratic Party of the United Islands. The ministry lasted only a few months, until May 13, 1999, when Rhodes resigned and a number of ministers followed him into the new United Islands Liberal Party. The ministry was sworn into office by President Thomas Andrews.
