Vikunӧ (Westlandic : ) is the second largest city in Westland and the Prefectural Seat of Vikunӧ Prefecture. It is located approximately 48 km away from Westland's capital, Brikkstö. Vikunӧ was conceived as a 'new city' project in 1925 by Chancellor Rik Burkösson and was built to encapsulate the values of Westland and it's ruling ideology of Strassonism, and to become a beacon of city planning. Today, it is the largest centrally planned city in Europe. Vikunö has a total population of approximately 1.1 million people.

Vikunö began as an idea by Westlandic political theorist, Mikail Strasson, which was championed by his close friend, and second Westlandic Chancellor Rik Burkösson after Strasson's death in 1925. The construction began on the city in 1926 and was built on an expanse of land approximately 30 km outside of Westland's capital, Brikkstӧ. The city was centrally planned and layed out in a grid-system. The majority of the buildings were designed in an Art Deco style, which was typical of Westlandic architecture at the time. The construction of the city's original plan was not complete until 1958 however after having been interrupted by World War II. Today, Vikunӧ is the second largest industrial centre in Westland. It also constitutes Westland's largest urban area along with Brikkstӧ forming the Kapital Conurbation.

Vikunӧ has attracted international attention and fame due to its completely planned nature. It was among the first of its kind in the world. While the Westlandic state architect and city-planner, Klaus Angals was the largest contributor to the city's architecture, designing the city in an Art Deco style, with Brutalist Influences, this style became known as Westlandic Architecture during the 1930's and 40's, many other artists from both Westland and abroad notably worked on the project.
