Winter Park Transit Mall is a transit hub and a station on the RTS Koiwai Red and Orange Lines and KARRS Setsuna line. The station was opened on December 21, 2009. The RTS Koiwai station has an island platform, and is located on Ulei Road between Winter Park Avenue and Piney Coast Road in the neighborhood of Winter Park, Koiwai. As the area's major transit center, this section of Ulei Road is closed to private vehicles and only transit vehicles are allowed. This station is the western terminus of the Red Line and northern terminus Orange Line, and is one of two ground level stations on the RTS Koiwai system.
