The Grand Yarphese Republic has recently announced a plan for the settlement of the Mấuvınh Islands gained from the 2010 Yarphese War. The plan included six cities to be built: Tp. Mườımộy Haımươı (11-20 City), Mấucãng (The Port), Mấuxem (The Vista), Mấuvốn (The Capital), Mấuchiềucao (The Heights), and Mấu Chimcáncục Màı (The Magellan Penguin).

Settlements[]

The six settlements on the island were each meant for different purposes.

  • 11-20 City: The largest city on the islands, 11-20 city will be a high-technology city comprising of 91 arcologies surrounding 11-20 Harbor. There is a well-protected harbour which will be deepened to create a deepwater port with the largest port on the islands. The entrance to the port will be equipped with an arcology that spans the entrance. Called the Uyađo, it is the largest building on the islands, the economic capital of the Mấuvınh Islands, and a high-tech arcology wtith a population of over 100,000. It is scheduled to be completed by 2014. The other ninety arcologies contain 10,000 people each.
  • Mấucãng: Cãng is a port town and the center of Yarphese trade with Argentina. A deepwater port will be constructed. The settlements here will include both houses and apartments. While not as high-tech as 3-20 city, Ngô is an important connection to Argentina.
  • Mấuxem: This city will have a scenic view. It is the high-ground city on West Mấuvınh, and it also contains a small port on the Mấuyın Strait. The roads are small and curvy. The city has private houses and apartments. In addition, it is the center of Yarphese culture on the Mấuvınh Islands, and contains a monastery.
  • Mấuyống: Mấuvốn is the capital of the Mấuyın Islands, close to the center. It exerts political control, although it is the smallest city on the island. It comprises of Mấuvốn Island and the nearby industrial area on the mainland. The architecture is in the style of Tranh Chup-yar City.
  • Mấuchiềucao: Controlling the southern half of the East Mấuvınh, Mấu Chiềucao is the tourist center of the island as well as the high ground base on East Mấu Yın. It is the second-largest city, and it contains an arcology which holds half the city's population and serves as a boarding school. Surrounding it are several houses, mostly of VLA members, and a tourist resort.
  • Mấu Chimcáncục Màı: Mấu Chimcáncục Màı would be the successor to the city of Stanley on the East Mấuvinh. It would be a mostly quiet residential area with a rural atmosphere.
